Lot O’ Multiple-Event Winners At Five Hawaii Track And Field Meets On Saturday

There were at least five Hawaii high school track and field meets across the state last weekend.

Bedrock Sports Hawaii has a list of multiple-event winners from the five meets below, along with three new instances of the best times and distances so far in 2022. After that, you’ll find a list of the 2022 best times and distances for each event and a list of state meet records.

THE THREE NEW TOP TIMES/DISTANCES SO FAR IN 2022

>> Kaiser senior Kanoa Mahiko, 24 feet, 4.5 inches in the long jump (5.5 inches shy of state meet record 24-10) at the OIA Qualifying Meet at Kaiser

>> Punahou’s 4×400-meter relay team of Sasha Iizuka-Sheeley, Vani Salanoa, Kylie Moniz and Natalie Kaku, 4 minutes, 16.65 seconds at the Ralph Martinson Invitational at Punahou

>> Kapolei’s 4×400 relay team of Josiah del Prado, Jordan McQueen, Kunique Yandall-Parker and Jason Kealoha, 3:34.02 at the OIA Qualifying Meet at Kaiser.
