Coach Fred Salanoa’s Radford Rams football team will play the Magnolia Sentinels of Anaheim, California, on Friday.

The game is listed on the MaxPreps.com schedule, but was not included in schedules sent to the media by the Oahu Interscholastic Association earlier this season.

Radford is 0-2 so far, having lost 56-41 to ‘Iolani in a nonleague game on Aug 12 and 35-7 to Waipahu in an OIA Division I opener last Friday.

“Today (Thursday), we are going to watch UCLA practice and tour the facility,” Radford assistant coach Lon Passos told Bedrock Sports Hawaii. “Tonight, we have a team dinner with Magnolia. On Saturday, we watch UCLA vs. Bowling Green, and on Sunday, we take the team to Disneyland and come back home Monday.”

The Sentinels are also 0-2 in nonleague games, with a forfeit loss to Godinez Fundamental (Santa Ana, California) and a 44-0 defeat to University (Irvine, California).

There are three other games pitting Hawaii teams against mainland teams this weekend. The four games vs. mainland foes are:

>> Thursday, Sept. 1: Aiea at Woodinville (Washington), 3 p.m. Hawaii time
