WEEK 4 of the Hawaii high school football season started Thursday with a game on the Big Island — a 31-0 shutout by BIIF Division II frontrunner Kamehameha-Hawaii over Pahoa.
On Friday, the weekend continued with eight games, and 10 more games will follow Saturday.

Another ILH team, ‘Iolani in Division I, also improved to 3-0 with a 31-7 road win at Castle.
In one of the more intriguing contests, Moanalua — new to the top-tier OIA Open this season — fought back to tie Kamehameha of the ILH Open 21-21 at Kunuiakea Stadium.
