No. 6 Konawaena Captures BIIF Title By Edging Hilo; Bedrock Sports’ Friday Scoreboard

All of the Hawaii high school football scores are in for Friday, Dec. 3.

Some big happenings occurred around the state:

>> No. 3 Mililani advanced to the OIA Open title game with a 42-7 victory over No. 5 Campbell.
>> No. 6 Konawaena held off defending league champion Hilo 13-12 to capture the BIIF championship game.
>> No. 10 Kaiser clinched the OIA Division II regular-season championship with a 48-17 win over Kaimuki. That win also gave the Cougars home-field advantage in the upcoming D-II league title game against Radford.
>> Kamehameha-Maui clinched the MIL D-II championship with a 38-0 win over King Kekaulike.

And on top of all that, with their wins, Mililani, Konawaena and Kamehameha-Maui all clinched state tournament berths.
