So, you’re a track and field athlete in Hawaii, but you can’t make it to the Oahu Track and Field Hawaii clinic on Saturday.
What? Get out there to the Moanalua High School track. No matter your skill level, there will be plenty to learn from a star-studded cast of high-level athletes.
If I was a coach, I would tell my athletes: “No excuses. You’re going.”
