PAC-5 found the win column on Friday night with a 19-7 Interscholastic League of Honolulu football victory over Damien.
The Wolfpack (1-4) led by six points late in the fourth quarter, 13-7, when Chad Schmidt ran home a 29-yard touchdown to pretty much seal it with just 2:24 on the clock.
Joshua Arcayena powered the PAC-5 offense with 139 yards rushing and a TD. He added 12 tackles, including there sacks on defense.
“I am super happy for my teammates and coaches,” Arcayena told Bedrock Sports Hawaii after the game “We played a great game and still have lots to improve on.”

Sylas Alaimalo also had a big game for the Monarchs (2-4) in the loss, catching eight passes for 51 yards.

Kamalii Labanon was a workhorse on defense for Damien with seven tackles, including a sack, and an interception.
PAC-5 scored three straight TDs after Damien took a 7-0 lead in the second quarter.
The victory was the first for Wolfpack first-year head coach Kena Heffernan.

BANTOLINA GOES OVER 100 YARDS AGAIN IN ‘IOLANI’S ROMP
Brody Bantolina is a real estate and touchdown master. Give him the ball and he picks up yards and gets into the end zone.
The ‘Iolani running back rushed for 126 yards and five touchdowns to push the Raiders past Saint Louis II 52-28 in an ILH game Friday at Kozuki Stadium.
The Raiders, who had already clinched a Division I state tournament berth, improved to 6-0
On the season, Bantolina has 631 rushing yards and 15 TDs.
‘Iolani’s Brody Bantolina (1), pictured earlier this season, is the Hawaii high school football leading rusher so far in 2021.

Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele had a big night for the Crusaders (1-1), throwing for 312 yards and a touchdown, but he also threw three interceptions. Sai Salanoa caught 12 of his passes for 187 yards and a TD.
