WEEK 11 Wrap: Campbell, Kailua Advance; Hawaii Prep Makes Postseason

No. 3 Campbell and Kailua won OIA playoff games Saturday night.

The Sabers got past Waianae 41-0 to move to next Saturday’s OIA Open semifinals against No. 2 Mililani.

The Surfriders edged Aiea 21-14 to advance to next Friday’s OIA D-I semifinals against Farrington.

Elsewhere on Saturday:

>> Hawaii Prep upset Kamehameha-Hawaii 19-13 in overtime to set up the BIIF D-II championship game next Friday featuring the same two teams.

>> No. 10 Kapaa finished its regular season 8-0 overall and 6-0 in the KIF by tipping Waimea 7-6. Both teams (the Warriors in D-I and the Menehunes in D-II) have already secured state tournament berths.
